| 1 x twin/double bedroom with en suite toilet & basin and private bathroom (first floor) | £50 for single occupancy and £70 for 2 people. |
| 1 x downstairs twin/double bedroom with en suite toilet & basin and use of shared shower room on first floor (ground floor) | £50 for single occupancy and £70 for 2 people. |
| 1 x small single bedroom with use of shared shower room. (first floor) | £40 per night |
3 night minimum on all bookings.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the room.
I am able to accept card payments, BACS (internet banking), cheque (cleared before arrival), postal order and cash on arrival.
- Cancellation charge: Please be aware that a booking is a legal contract between us and if a booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival and we are unable to relet your room, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of up to 75% of the total accommodation originally booked.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
All rooms have remote controlled colour TV with Freesat, Wi-fi, alarm clock/radio, towels, hairdryer and a courtesy tea tray.
Check in is after 4pm and before 9pm (7pm on Friday and Saturday). I would kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10am, so I am able to clean them for the next guests. Although I can be flexible on these times if pre arranged.
As I do not have a 24hr reception, I will need an approximate indication of your arrival time in order that I am here to greet you, if you are earlier or delayed for any reason, please call my mobile to check I will be at home.
It is regretted that no pets are allowed – except guide dogs.
We only accept children over 6 months, which comply with a strict code of conduct. As the majority of our guests require a quiet stay, we do not allow children to disturb other guests in anyway.
